Workshop Dates for Spring 2012

 with Toni Shelbourne

For vets, vet nurses, rescue workers, breeders, owners and anyone with an interest in enhancing the relationship with the animals in their care.

The Tellington TTouch Training can be used on all animals and incorporates body work and simple methods to help improve co-ordination, balance and athletic ability, whilst deepening communication, trust, understanding and respect between an animal and its carer. It can be used to enhance behaviour, health & performance.

Interactive Demo for Challenging Dogs

28th Jan 2012

4th March 2012

7th July 2012

9.30 - 4.00
Sulhamstead Village Hall, Nr Reading, Berks
£40 with dog (Maximum of five dogs per day). £25 for spectators

This event is suitable for fosters, rescue workers, dog trainers and members of the public. Many rescue dogs would find it challenging to attend a normal workshop. Similarly numerous people ask to watch Toni work with these difficult cases. This interactive demonstration gives participants the best of both worlds. Toni says, ‘People for always asking me to demonstrate the work however in a normal workshop I’m more interested in giving people as much practical experience as possible. Now I believe I’ve come up with a happy medium’. A maximum of five dogs will be worked with their handlers over the course of the day. No other dogs will be in the room and all spectators will be up on a stage. Toni will assess and work with each dog using appropriate techniques for that case. A question and answer session will follow each session. All dogs with any behaviour are welcome

1-day TTouch Workshop for Cats & Small Animals

11th April 2012
10.30 - 15.30
Diana Brimblecombe Animal Rescue Centre (DBARC), Nr Hurst, Berks
£65

We will be working with the rescue cats at the centre. The skills you will learn can be applied to your cat at home or other small animals, including birds & reptiles. There will be an opportunity to work with rabbits on the course if you wish too. Workshop price includes a donation to DBARC
